Ohio Management Group works to assist all members of the Ohio University community in defining and enhancing their management and leadership skills. Because management and leadership are present in all aspects of society, we feel that it is important for EVERY member of the OU Bobcat community to graduate with a sense of awareness for how their strong leadership skills can influence and promote the growth of others; whether it is in a business realm, or not. 

Ohio Management Group works to give all of its members a hands on experience with what it means to manage larger projects. Through the facilitation of different Ohio University Leadership forums, to the creation and maintenance of Ohio University's very first academic Leadership Certificate, all Ohio Management Group members will graduate from Ohio University with a sense of how to "manage leadership", no matter their projected career path following graduation. 

Ohio Management Group is open to ALL majors within the Ohio University community.
