    EMBA Ohio University
    BSc. in Business Indiana/Perdue University at Indianapolis. Have attended various professional development courses both in Europe and The Management Training and Development Institute in Washington DC.

Research Interests

    Development of human capital. Creation of service culture within organizations.

Professional Experience

    Extensive experience in Aviation Management culminating in my appointment as the Acting Chief Executive of Air Botswana, The National Airline of the Republic of Botswana. At the time of joining OU in Dec 2005 was holding the position of Airline Advisor responsible for providing strategic direction to both the organization and the Board of Directors. Additional Corporate Experience was with Standard Chartered Bank, Botswana as a Regional Manager responsible for key Branches within the Banking Network.
