Douglas Ankrom, CPA is the Manager of External Reporting for Peoples Bancorp Inc, a regional financial services holding company headquartered in Marietta, Ohio and has over 14 years experience in the financial services industry.  His current duties include overseeing the preparation of various external financial reports, including Peoples’ quarterly filings with banking regulators and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, managing the company’s federal and state tax compliance and assisting with the management of Peoples’ corporate accounting activities. 

Mr. Ankrom received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Marietta (Ohio) College in 1997 and received a Masters of Science of Accountancy degree from Ohio University in 1998.  He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and AICPA and has served on the OU School of Accountancy Advisory Board since October 2003.
